Unauthorised Use Strictly Prohibited
Any use of our trademarks, brand assets, or visual identity - including impersonation, misleading association, brand dilution, or unfair competition - without prior written consent from Eight Fold Cr8ation is strictly prohibited and will be subject to immediate legal action. This includes unauthorised use on social media, advertising, merchandise, or any other medium.
Website Content Rights
Protected Materials include:
- Website design, layout, structure, and user interface
- All written content, blog posts, guides, and articles
- Graphics, illustrations, icons, and visual assets
- Photography and video content produced by or for Eight Fold Cr8ation
- Software code, scripts, and application architecture
- AI tool logic, prompts, and system design
- Audio recordings, music, and multimedia content
- Databases, data compilations, and proprietary data structures
What You May Do (Permitted Use):
- Browse the website and access content for personal, non-commercial reference
- Download or print single copies for personal, non-commercial use only
- Share links (URLs) to our website or specific pages on social media
- Quote brief excerpts with clear attribution to Eight Fold Cr8ation and a link to the source
What You May NOT Do (Prohibited Use):
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or mirror any content without written permission
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from our content
- Distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any of our content
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary notices

Client-Commissioned Work
Ownership Transfer:
Full ownership of final deliverables transfers to the Client upon receipt of complete and final payment as confirmed in writing. This includes final designs, custom-developed software and code, and project-specific written or visual content. Third-party libraries, frameworks, and stock assets are subject to their own licences and are not transferred.
Pre-Payment:
Until full payment is received, all work - including partially completed deliverables - remains the intellectual property of Eight Fold Cr8ation. Clients may not use, distribute, or publish any work before final payment has cleared.
Source Files:
Source files, raw footage, layered design files, editable documents, and working materials are not included in standard project scope. Handover of source files must be explicitly agreed in writing and may incur an additional fee.
Portfolio Rights:
Unless a signed NDA or confidentiality agreement expressly restricts it, Eight Fold Cr8ation retains the right to display completed client work in our portfolio, marketing materials, social media, and case studies. We will seek approval before publishing sensitive or commercially confidential work.
Digital Products Licensing
When you purchase a digital product from Eight Fold Cr8ation, you are purchasing a licence to use the product - not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. The copyright in all digital products remains with Eight Fold Cr8ation.
Licence Grant:
- Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal or specified commercial use
- Licence is for the individual purchaser only - not transferable to third parties
- Permitted uses are as described in the specific product listing
Licence Restrictions:
- No resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of the product or its files
- No sharing of download links, access credentials, or product files with others
- No claiming authorship or original creation of the product
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source components
- No use in products that compete directly with Eight Fold Cr8ation without written consent
Third-Party Content
Our platforms may incorporate content from third parties, including:
- Licensed stock photography and vector graphics
- Open-source software and frameworks (governed by their respective licences)
- Client-provided materials (the Client warrants that they hold all necessary rights)
- AI-generated assets (governed by the terms of the relevant AI provider)
Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to their copyright and licensing terms. Where we use third-party content, we do so under appropriate licence or fair use. We accept no liability for Client-provided content that infringes third-party rights.
Copyright Infringement Claims
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content on our platform
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature

Note: Submitting a false copyright infringement claim may result in liability for damages including costs and legal fees.
Enforcement & Legal Action
Eight Fold Cr8ation actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorised use of our copyrighted materials, trademarks, or proprietary content will result in:
- Immediate cease and desist notices
- DMCA takedown requests to hosting providers and platforms
- Civil litigation for damages, account of profits, and injunctive relief
- Criminal prosecution under the Ghana Copyright Act where applicable
- Recovery of all legal costs and expenses from the infringing party
We reserve all rights and remedies available under the Ghana Copyright Act (Act 690, 2005), the Berne Convention, the WIPO Copyright Treaty, and any other applicable national or international law.
Fair Use & Permissions
Limited use of our content may be permissible under fair use / fair dealing principles for purposes such as criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, or scholarship - provided proper attribution to Eight Fold Cr8ation is clearly given.
